We Design Together
We get your custom set designed perfectly to your families needs via phone or in person where we can collaborate to your design, dimensions, etc. to fit your life. Not a showroom.
We Build
Your set is handcrafted in our Waunakee shop and we send updates throughout the process so you're never left guessing.
We Deliver
We white glove deliver for free and set our piece up in your home and make sure everything is perfect. Take a couple pictures. Then it stays in your family for generations.

Yes, absolutely! We allow any and all changes up until we actually start building your custom project.
We work to set up a date and time that works best for you. Then we do the full set up of your new custom project.
If your table top cracks we will replace it for free with zero questions asked. Please see our warranty page for further details.
Yes, of course! Rustic Roots has delivered anywhere from New York City to Miami, Florida.
We send every order a free box of samples you can choose from and we won't start production until you have chosen your perfect finish.
