At Rustic Roots Tables LLC, each piece is handcrafted with care, and lead times can vary significantly depending on order volume, material availability, and seasonal demand.
Lead times are provided as estimates at the time of order and are subject to change. While we strive to meet all projected timelines, unforeseen circumstances or production choke points may arise that extend the build time.
Once production on your piece begins, we will notify you promptly and work with you to schedule a delivery date as accurately as possible. Your patience is truly appreciated as we work to ensure every table meets our standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Warranty Policy
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. All Rustic Roots furniture is covered by a free lifetime warranty against cracking and splitting! We will replace your tabletop free of charge if it cracks or splits within one year of delivery!

Care For Real Hardwood Tables
Our furniture is made from real, solid wood — and with proper care, it will last for generations.
Care Tips:
Wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners or abrasives.
Use coasters and placemats to protect surfaces.
Avoid placing your furniture in direct sunlight or near heat sources.
Maintain a stable indoor humidity level (ideally 35–55%) to prevent wood movement.

Payment Policy
To get on our production schedule simply place your order right here on the website if you've found a set you love here. Otherwise reach out and we will jump right on your custom request!

Financing is available at checkout!
Orders are not added to our build queue until payment is received. No changes can be made to the design once production has started. However, any and all changes are allowed up until we begin production. We try to make it very easy as we will be in weekly or bi-weekly contact throughout the entire process.

24-Hour Cancellation Window
- You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.
- After 24 hours, we are unable to offer refunds, because materials may be ordered and production planning begins.
Custom-Made Items
- All tables, chairs, benches, and dining sets are made to order.
- Due to the custom nature of our work, returns are not accepted once the 24-hour cancellation window has passed.
