Our typical lead time is about 12 weeks from order to delivery, but this may vary based on our order queue and the complexity of your project.

We primarily use red oak, ash, and walnut. If you have a preference for maple or cherry, we’re happy to accommodate custom requests.

Each piece is sealed with a strong lacquer for durability. We recommend cleaning with a soft, damp cloth and avoiding harsh chemicals.

Yes! We offer a free limited one-year guarantee against cracking and splitting (excluding normal wear and tear). We also offer the same warranty in 3 and 5 year terms.

Yes! If ordering from our website just select pay after with affirm and follow the steps that proceed. If you're getting a fully custom order we will assist you in the financing process.

Our standard delivery procedures is up to 200 miles of our shop! This is all exclusive premium white glove delivery and set up! If you are outside of 200 miles from Waunakee we can absolutely still discuss delivery! (We've delivered all the way from New York to Miami)

Yes we can! Any table you see on our website or a reference photo you have, we can build specifically for you! We got started doing fully custom projects and love when we get more!

Absolutely! 85% of our orders are placed after talking final details in person! Carter is more than willing to meet you and see the space these beautiful sets will be going in!
