Shipping Policy

Delivery Options

At Rustic Roots Tables LLC, we provide two delivery options depending on your location.

Rustic Roots Personal Delivery (WI, IA, IL, MN)

For customers located in Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, and Minnesota, Rustic Roots Tables will personally deliver your table to your home.

Delivery Timeline:

Production: Most tables are crafted and ready to deliver within approximately 6-8 weeks of your order date.

Scheduling: Our team will contact you to arrange a specific delivery date that works for you.

  • Inside Placement:

Includes placement on the ground floor of your home. If your residence is not on the ground floor, delivery will be made to the ground-floor location of your choice.

Installation services (e.g., securing items to walls) are not included.

  • Inspection:

Upon delivery, please inspect your furniture thoroughly for any damage and notify us immediately if you find issues.

  • Important Notes:

Furniture cannot be refused if it does not fit through an entryway. Be sure to measure your space carefully before ordering.

Curbside Freight Shipping (Other States)

For customers outside of Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, and Minnesota, we provide curbside freight shipping through a trusted third-party carrier.

  • Delivery Timeline:

Production: Most tables are crafted and ready to ship within approximately 6-8 weeks of your order date.

Transit: Shipping typically takes 3-7 business days.

Notification: You’ll be informed as soon as your table leaves our shop.

  • Curbside Delivery Details:

Your delivery will be made to your curb. You'll be responsible for bringing the table inside, uncrating/unpacking, and assembling it (if applicable).

  • Scheduling:

The freight company will contact you to arrange a delivery window. These windows can span several hours during regular business hours, so please plan accordingly.

If you cannot accept your shipment in a timely manner, storage fees may apply as determined by the freight company.

  • Inspection Before Signing:

Thoroughly inspect your furniture for damage before signing the delivery slip. If there is any damage, note it on the slip.

If damage is reported, Rustic Roots Tables will file a claim with the shipping company and provide a replacement at no cost. However, we cannot address damage discovered after signing the delivery slip.

  • Surcharge for Freight Shipping:

Due to increased freight costs, a $150 surcharge applies to all shipments outside of Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, and Minnesota. This surcharge will be billed separately after your order is processed.

  • Important Notes:

Furniture cannot be refused upon delivery due to sizing issues. Please ensure the table fits your space before ordering.

Holding & Storage

Before we begin crafting your custom furniture, we will confirm:

  1. The details of your order are correct.
  2. You are ready to receive the furniture.

If you confirm and your furniture is completed, we cannot hold or store the finished product. Be sure you are prepared to accept delivery within the outlined timeframe.
